It is important to start our morning on a healthy note as the beginning of the day determines the mode, energy, and vibe of the whole day. Morning time plays a great role in maintaining your overall health and well-being. The routine does not have to be extensive but you can practice simple yoga asanas in the morning that can benefit your body in multiple ways such as stress reduction, good digestion, boosts concentration and much more. Child’s pose Balasana, or child posture, is a resting pose that softly relaxes the muscles in the front of the body while passively stretching the muscles in the back.More on BalasanaCobra stretch Lie on your stomach, with your hands flat beneath your shoulders. On your back, bend your knees and hips, and place your hands on your knees. Draw your navel in towards your spine and exhale while clasping your knees to your chest.
